Bear's spiritual re-membering (awakening) began in early childhood, and was further deepened at age 17 through an initiation into Kriya Yoga, following the lineage of Babaji as shared by Paramhansa Yogananda. The Direct Path was always an innate innerstanding within him. Over the years, he drew profound inspiration from the teachings of Huang Po, Shirdi Sai Baba, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Osho, and Alan Watts.

His spiritual path deepened through profound experiences with diverse First Nation traditions and wisdom keepers from around the globe. Bear has gained and shared insights with shamans, mystics, and monks from North and South America, Siberia, Mongolia, and beyond, gathering teachings from the Blackfeet Indians, the Kogi-Arhuaca High Priests, Mayan sages, and a Maori elder. Through these connections, he has nurtured a vast network of allies dedicated to freeing humanity of suffering.

At 32, Bear's path deepened profoundly with his initiation as a shaman by a Native American Medicine Men - a journey that began in childhood, between ages 4 and 11, through powerful conscious dream experiences that laid the foundation for this unfolding.

This initiation unlocked deep ancestral memories, leading to a period of intense growth and healing work. For over a decade, he dedicated himself to transformational healing, helping others overcome severe physical and spiritual challenges. At the age of 50, following a profound enlightening realisation, Bear fully integrated his consciousness with the One Mind, releasing the notions of separation.

In addition to his spiritual pursuits, Bear has made a significant impact as a former entrepreneur. At 19, he founded a tourism and event management company, successfully expanding it to five countries, with around 50 co-workers. His innate connection to the sea since childhood - a part of his Venetian heritage - drew him to life aboard a sailing yacht for several years, where he navigated global waters.
